Ingredients:
2 medium onions, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
3 tablespoons freshly grated coconut
150 grams small prawns, cleaned and deveined
Salt, to taste
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon roasted coriander powder
1 tablespoon tamarind paste
2 tablespoons oil (coconut oil works great)
Instructions:
Prepare the Mixture:
In a bowl, combine the chopped onions, green chili, coriander leaves, grated coconut, prawns, salt, turmeric powder, roasted coriander powder, and tamarind paste. Mix everything thoroughly.
Shape the Patties:
Form the mixture into patties of your desired shape and size.
Cook the Patties:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, place the patties in the pan.
Cook on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Add more oil if necessary to ensure even cooking.
Serve:
Once cooked, remove from the pan and serve hot.
